Bill Foster

I have been in the Parking Industry for over 25 years, holding leadership positions in University, Private Sector, and Airport parking operations before my recent opportunity with the City of Greenville. I served on the Florida Parking Association for over 7 years. While on the Board, I held several officer positions including President for two terms (4 years). I feel that my experience in the Parking Industry and my tenure with the largest Regional Association (FPA) gives me an opportunity to add value to CPA.
