Call for Presentations for the CPMA 2025 Annual Conference & Trade Show

The Call for Presentations for the Carolinas Parking & Mobility Association (CPMA) Annual Conference, which will be held in Asheville, NC, from September 23-26, 2025, is now open. This conference is an excellent platform for sharing your expertise and lessons learned, facilitating discussions, and presenting educational and motivational initiatives.

CPMA strongly encourages presentations to be engaging and meaningful for all attendees, with a special focus on frontline staff.

The submission deadline is Thursday, April 17, 2025, 11:55 PM.

Guidelines

  • Presentations must not focus on specific vendors or products, and they should not serve as sales pitches.
  • Each presentation must be 60 minutes long and can include a 15 minute or less Q&A segment.
  • CPMA encourages vendors to collaborate with non-vendor partners for their presentations.
  • All presenters are required to register for the CPMA Conference, taking place in Asheville, North Carolina, from September 23–26.
  • Presenters receive complimentary conference registration but are welcome to pay the registration fee to help the association offset conference costs. Maximum complimentary registration is two.
  • If your presentation is selected and you would like it to qualify for IPMI Certification Points, you will be asked to complete an IPMI SRA Certification Point Application form upon confirmation of selection. Even if your presentation has been approved for separate use in the past, it must be resubmitted for each separate event.

Information Collected on Submission Form

  • Presenter information including biography (for up to 3 presenters)
  • Description of presentation (2000 maximum characters, approximately 350 words)
  • Three (3) action-oriented learning objectives

Timeline

  • March 3- Call for presentations begins.
  • April 17- Call for presentations end.
  • May 15- Presentation selections finalized, and speakers contacted.
