The Call for Presentations for the Carolinas Parking & Mobility Association (CPMA) Annual Conference, which will be held in Charlotte, NC, from September 24-26, 2024, is now open. This conference is an excellent platform for sharing your expertise and lessons learned, facilitating discussions, and presenting educational and motivational initiatives.
This year’s conference will feature concurrent sessions on frontline staff training, industry innovation, and best practices.
The submission deadline is Friday, April 19, 2024, 11:55 PM.

Guidelines
- Presentations are not vendor- or product-specific and are not sales pitch opportunities.
- Presentations must be 60 minutes long and may include a short time for questions and answers.
- CPMA recommends that vendors pair with a non-vendor partner.
- Presenters must register for the CPMA Conference, which is being held in Charlotte, NC, September 24-27, 2024.
- Presenters are offered complementary conference registration but may pay the conference register fee to support the association in covering conference costs.
Information Collected on Submission Form
- Presenter information including biography (for up to 3 presenters)
- Description of presentation (2000 maximum characters, approximately 350 words)
- Three (3) learning objectives for session participants
Timeline
- March 1- Call for presentations begins.
- April 19- Call for presentations end.
- May 24- Presentation selections finalized, and speakers contacted.
